Profile
Descrizione
This is a very pleasant hike with stunning views as it takes you up to Ganavan Hill and Aonadh Beag.
It descends and continues by following the coastline to the partially-ruined Dunstaffnage Castle, which dates back to the 13th century.
There is a visitor centre and cafe near the castle that are great places to visit and get some refreshments.
The trail follows a section along a paved coastal road to Dunbeg before heading back to the trailhead.
There is an uphill section at the start that can get muddy when there has been recent rainfall, and there are a couple of steep sections, so walking boots are a good idea.
